About BACO: The Intersection of Precision & Luxury
The Origin
The Pursuit of Perfection.
BACO was created from a simple belief: a backgammon set should be more than a game accessory — it should be a piece of craftsmanship, a personal statement, and a companion for generations.
As passionate backgammon enthusiasts, we saw a gap between traditional tournament equipment and ordinary luxury products. Professional players needed precision. Collectors wanted beauty. Modern travelers wanted something elegant yet practical.
BACO was born to bring these worlds together.
We design handcrafted backgammon sets that combine professional-inspired playability with refined materials, thoughtful details, and contemporary aesthetics.
The Craftsmanship
Engineering the Perfect Experience.
At BACO, we believe backgammon is not only about strategy — it is also about touch, sound, movement, and emotion.
The Touch
Each board is carefully crafted with premium materials selected for comfort, durability, and a refined tactile experience.
The Sound
The weight and balance of every checker are carefully considered to create the satisfying feel expected by serious players.
The Detail
From precision-aligned playing surfaces to carefully finished edges and personalized elements, every BACO board receives detailed inspection before reaching its owner.
Because true luxury is found in the details you experience every time you play.
Our Mission: Elevating Modern Backgammon Culture
BACO exists to celebrate the global community of backgammon players — from competitive competitors to collectors and enthusiasts discovering the game for the first time.
As an official sponsor of the California State Backgammon Championship and OpenGammon, BACO supports the growth of the game through better equipment, thoughtful design, and a deeper appreciation of backgammon culture.
Whether you are competing at a tournament, enjoying a private match, or creating a personalized family heirloom, BACO is designed to become part of your story.
The Promise
A Commitment to Excellence.
We don’t simply create backgammon boards — we create lasting pieces designed to be enjoyed for years.
Every BACO set is carefully inspected before delivery and supported by dedicated customer service worldwide.
From your first move to countless games ahead, our promise is simple:
Create a board you will be proud to own, play, and pass on.
